Pain is bad

I hate pain I don't know what happened today but I hurt I think I hurt my back when I jumped out of the tree in my front lawn this morning. I landed on the wet leaves and went down hard it’s not the impact that hurt it’s the fact that in trying not to have the impact my body moved in ways it should not have and something moved out of place. Oh well
