Sounds like what I deal with at work calling the insurance companies. You call and get told one thing, then call back and get told something completely different.

Oh of course not. Hearing your story made me call them to change my reservation to 5 people and two double beds lol. I was procrastinating it but finally got around to it. :)

Yeah that would be a typo. She was able, through some mystical force to get the night taken care of using the points.
It's amazing that the thing I was told was impossible was suddenly possible once I got the boss lady involved.

Lucky for them...they were oh so close to getting one of my feet in their end.
