HP "review"

I just finished Harry Potter ands the order of the Pheonix here in the car on the way out to South Dakota, and I have to say I'm rather impressed. While the first two Harry Potter books were enjoyqble, they had a quality that placed them little above typical fantasy, in my opinion. I'm sorry that you went to South Dakota and read Harry Potter. I generally avoid those two things. But if you like Harry Potter, good for you. Actually, I'm more boycotting Harry Potter mostly because there are so many books that I want to read that I could justify reading something meant for children.

Well, that's kind of my point... The first two have the style of childrens' books, but as it continues, her style moves away from that, and it's actually rather engrossing. Besides, I'll have you know I read a book titled "QED: The Strange Physics of Light" before I read Harry Potter :)
