My parents bought a new house, and it is not in Cobourg. In fact, it is right down the street from their old house....WEIRD! It is a townhouse, so they are downsizing big time, but it is gorgeous and I'm sure they will be very happy there!http://www.realtor.

This place is on the same street they are currently living on, but roughly 6 blocks away. How weird is that????

lol, well they went from a 5 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, and they lost about half their square footage. ;)
