I am running the Army Run 5km in Ottawa!
Mark is running the half marathon.
5km is a comfortable distance for me so I am hoping to make it a personal best!
Entered in the 25-30 minute pace group, but am hoping to be closer to 25 mins.
Getting on the bus at 5am!
Can't wait!
Money goes towards Soldier On.

Ran the Terry Fox 10km today on base. It was great and I kept a really nice pace throughout.
Feeling like total shit today. Allergies. I can hardly see and my mouth is irritated. BOOOOOooo. :(

Official race result for my 8km was 51:23.
Awesome race! I came in 6/8 for my catagory, which isn't bad for my first race I don't think!
I ran the whole 8km feeling like a million bucks, so what more can I ask for?

I am supposed to run an 8km race in Ottawa next weekend and am doing the 5km army run on the 20th.
