I have my first real 5k on Sunday iwth the kids from work. I have no idea how long it will take! I sorta have to take care of them and go at their pace! I am hoping we can do it in 40. I think I'm taking the middle pace group!

That's great! Are you doing it for Terry Fox? My daughter is doing the Terry Fox Run at school this week, but I think they are only doing 1km.

Oh yeah...I do Terry Fox on the 30th hehe I usually walk that to scoot the kids along though!
