This week in training... Monday - bike; elliptical; weights Tuesday- 5 Km steady run Thursday - 6 Km intervals and hills run; weights Friday - 40 min bike Saturday - 15 Km run - this obviously is yet to be done!
I must have been a good girl. Someone lil and cute just showed up with a large half hot chocolate half coffee for meeeeeeeeeeeee! :D Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
AND I just collected about a hundred hugs from JK & SK.
Do any of you that have Nike+ sensor thingies know if you can program it to go off every 10 minutes then 1 minute...or say every 3 min then 2 min then 3 min then 2 min for intervals???
