ARGH! I HATE COLLEGE APPS!

Those damn UC essays...I can't seem to get them right!*

I just want to give up and accept the fact that I am going to go to a community college, not a four-year university.

Damn CollegeBoard forever!

*I have to rewrite two of my essays. Completely with totally different topics. Fun, no?

You know what word I always spell wrong? "Eleven".

That is one word where I just can't get the hang of the American version of spelling.

I always misspell it "elevyn"

Isn't that how they spell it in the rest of the world? Yeah, I don't know. I remember I had such a hard time adjusting to American life when I first moved here.

You know what? I'm not a bad interviewer.

So I did my interview for QUEST today. It went fairly well, I would say. Though I have a feeling that when I do the transcript, I won't be able to resist cutting out my "ums" and [long pauses] in an effort to make myself seem smarter(er).*
