Rest and sleep.  These are not synonyms, nor are they remotely connected in my world.  I have slept about 7 hours the past couple of nights and have not rested at all.  During the bout of insomnia, I would sleep 3 hours and be moderately rested.  My body is tingling again.  Ugh.

I am starting to really look forward to my workouts. I had another 90-minute workout with Tom today and it was really good. I can see and feel the results. My body feels stronger. It's day 7 and no sign of Gerbils. We're (Chris and I) pretty sure he's no longer alive. THere has been absolutely NO sign of him since the night after he escaped.
