I already feel a difference too. if this doesn't get me in shape, nothing will.
We did pretty fly on our choir competition today. it was sick. for maybe the 3rd time, I hit the low C...or C sharp on Lux. Barely :D -

I guess i should say the class is reading it, because i forgot to read again. soooo, 23 pages starting after midnight, which means sleepy Paul speed. Which means slower than normal...which is pretty slow.
