The scary thing is that it gives an irrational fear sometimes that I've done something in the BIG wrong category as well and might lose this treasure. There's no basis for this fear of course, but let's just say it was hell driving her home from the birthing center - I was scared shitless of every car around me and I drove like 10 mph under the whole way.
And yes, now I understand completely what I thought was irrational parental fear when I was growing up, and why my mom would be PISSED if I wasn't where I told her I was going.
oh yeah many things will suddenly become ...Very Clear... The first time I drove anywhere with Alex, I spent an hour getting him in the carseat. I placed blankets all around and had 3 diaperbags full of things that he Might need, then I drove 10 miles an hour stopping at every stop sign to get out and look in the back seat...a funny funny sight to behold I'm sure
