Seizure last night and feelings
Had a seizure last night. I had over 8 hours of sleep and still had a seizure. Spilled coffee all over the inside of my backpack and there got all over my clothes.
Now doing laundry even though I am exhausted and my post seizure headache has never left me. Wishing had the energy to run but it is hard for me to even walk for my head is spinning.

QUIT!
Yesterday I quit smoking. I really think this is going to be it. I have rationalized why I need to quit. Basically I can't afford it. In fact I will save between 3 and 4 thousand dollars a year by quitting ( Read more... ) -

depression
I have been in a depression for the last 6 weeks. I have listened to music, gone hiking with friends and talked with lots of people. The thing that I have found most helpful however is a book that my therapist let me borrow, "Being Present in the Darkness: Depression as a Opportunity for Self-Discovery" by Cheri Huber. I am so tired. I am working way too much. One job jumped me from 16 hours to 32 hours. That same job had me working 2-11:30 and back at 6-6pm. So today I threw up. I guess I need enough sleep in order to function oh well ( Read more... )
