Heartbreaking is exactly the word I would use to describe it too. It makes me so, so sad. What makes me even more sad is that there is not much that I can do on a personal level to help. I mean I want to get involved with overseas volunteering and stuff, but that's just a whole different kind of problem, you know? It's tragic how we're powerless against this kind of hatred. It's just incredibly heartbreaking. :*(
