Without you I'm not looking forward to the gig in Leipzig anymore. There won't be any hysteric shouting from Sylvia. I'm so sorry for you.

As much as we like Geoff, it just wasn't working very well behind the scenes. We didn't have big arguments or anything like that. There just seemed to be a lack of connection between us musically. I'm sorry if we have upset you.

No, you haven't upset me, the thing itself/situation is sad. I was looking forward to the gig because Geoff is my friend and I wanted to see him on stage being happy. It doesn't mean I won't enjoy your music anymore, but I will miss out on the little extra fun of seeing a friend being successful in a cool band.

I aplogise for it being done by email. Bryon said he was going to call you. When I realised he had done that, I did try and call you straight away - and left a message on your phone when you didn't answer.

Your friend has a funny way of showing he liked us before you joined! You have to admit his posts are way OTT.

There are always 2 sides to every story, and I'm sorry to anyone out there who is disappointed, but I think you (Geoff) would rather be doing your own thing than be in RBN. You always said RBN isn't stylistically the music you'd choose to do. There are other reasons behind what has happened, but I don't think LJ is the place to go into those - not that any of it is bad or horrible.

I have just removed all the comments from the Slimelight LJ community because none of them really belonged there. It let me because I wrote the original advert entry.

I honestly think the stuff you do on your own stands up in it's own right, and I think you should concentrate on that, and perhaps try and get a band together to do the stuff live?

while i totally disagree with the way in which it was done Geoff (yes i think using eamil was gutless) i dont think you can condone the spiteful slagging of your freind gave them whilst claiming to want no ill feeling or animosity

ive been asked not to go into things but from what i saw what u say about the band appears inconsistent with your actual behaviour regarding the band. Have your freinds stopped to consider the real reasons why the guys felt it wasnt working.

Yes the guys perhaps didnt deal with this in the best possible way but the way you have portrayed the whole situation i feel is tad missleading

I condone none’s actions but my own, but I will stand by any of my friends including you, Steve & Bryon. I do not know what was said in the comment but if it was unfair then I will talk to him about it. But this is not the place for a discussion like that. I was only trying to be diplomatic & not trying to hurt anyone’s feelings.

I really did love being in RBN but after Edinburgh I found that a distance had formed between all of us & that I had done something terrible wrong & you were all angry with me. I unfortunately deal with such situations by hiding away from the problems at hand. If my hiding away from you all was the reason then it was my fault & I am sorry.
