Went to Brittany's wedding this weekend (she's the Convention Chair). It was a very good time - it was especially nice to see so many of my APO friends (both new and old) and not have some sort of agressive agenda to get through. I can't remember the last time that happened ( Read more... )

thanks Kath! Unfortunately the travel isn't nearly as glamourous as it sounds - I virtually never get to see anything where I travel other than the airport, the hotel and the customer's factory.

As an example - I've been to Toronto about 12 times in the last 4 or 5 years - and have never even seen downtown.

Oh I know travel isn't glamourous. I would never want to live out of a suitcase. However at times, when one is sitting in cubeville it seems to have merit.

I hear you. I have been priviledged in my career - I've only worked in a cubicle for one year. And I hope never to go back, I can tell you that. It is somewhat soul-sucking isn't it?

Sounds like a wonderful wedding and a great, relaxing day for everyone. Those days are always nice. I look forward to trying some of your wine if you start making it yourself.

Have safe trips, that is a lot of traveling in only 6 weeks.
