This is going to be short & sweet. I fell out of bed 2 nights ago. Injured rt hand. Had it x-rayed - nothing broken. If I don't regain functioning of my hand in a couple of days, i'm going have to go to a hand specialist. makes work challenging. hope u are having a better day.

Today was a good day with the exception that I didn't meet my quota. It's so frustrating having to be dependent on other people. Our gastric bypass support group meeting met tonight and had a really good meeting. I was hoping to get some new clothes, but no dice. It was wonderful to see everyone and irenes brought Liam. After going to physical therapy, I came home with a mild headache. Determined to practice my new exercises as the PT recommended, I ignored the headache. Low and behold, it turned into a migraine. Just what I wanted. Thank heavens for Migrinol ( Read more... )
