My grandma is the awesomest. She lent me and extra $50 plus what I asked her to loan me plus gave me $20 that I don't have to pay back. I have a whole year to pay back what I do need to pay back, intrest free, and I still get Xmas presents, which I told her not to give me because the loan was at the worst time, but she said school and Xmas were 2 ( Read more... )

family really is great like that sometimes. my grandma loaned me money one summer when i didnt have a job and recently paid for a new battery for my car.

world of warcraft.... jeeze. pat doesnt play that game. instead he plays football video games when he isnt watching the actual game. and for a while he was actually playing IM football...

So I take it you feel ignored just the same. When Kev isn't playing it, he makes me watch movies with him, and if I touch him during the movie, he either doesn't respond or tells me to pay attention. Wouldn't a normal guy rather get jiggy with it than watch a movie he's seen 348973497 times? (Yes, I said "Get jiggy with it". Cuz I'm awesome.)

yep. get jiggy with it. i like it. i will have to use it in a sentence sometime soon. just like i worked "jumped my bones" into a sentence.

ive been there. its like shhhhh! the dallas cowboys are playing the biggest game of the season. but i cant complain too much since ive crossed over to the dark side. i actually understand football to a degree and know a few of the players names and a couple times i have yelled at the tv.

once we were watching a college football game on tv and he really wanted one of the teams to win and it was a tie game near the very end... so they were kicking for a field goal and i said "wouldnt it be funny if they missed?" and then they missed. it was the funniest thing ever and he was actually a bit mad at me until they called a penalty and got to kick again.

Ha, yeah sadly I do play WoW with Kev sometimes on his friend's account. So he plays all day and I'll come over and we'll play some more until his friend logs on and it kicks me off, when before I used to complain until Kev got off so when I came over it was the only time he wasn't playing.
