my graphics card took a big dump and now I can't play WoW at my house. So instead, I got sick of FF12 because I am at a hard part, and now I am playing Xenosaga 3, and I can't stop. It's the shiz-nit. Yes, I said shiz-nit. I don't think I spelled it right ( Read more... )

You did.

As for the graphics card, it might be a power supply/power regulator issue if it was added to the machine aftermarket.

Nope, it's embedded in the mother board. I got an old discontinued one from a friend and put it in, but te resolution was so messed up I couldn't see any windows to install or dl the drivers. So i took it out and tried installing the driver first but It wouldn't let me. I'm thinking about getting a laptop anyway...

Ouch. If it's onboard, the possibility exists that it could have toasted other components as well.

I know a lot of people with HP laptops, I can recommend them.

Hmm, everything else seems to be in working order. And it only messes up when I try to play world of warcraft.
