Euphemia has many sisters and brothers thanks to their father and his consorts. While they do not all share the same mother, she thinks of them all quite fondly. However, some tend to have a closer relationship to her than others.

"And now? Do you still love my brother, even now?" - Nunnally to Euphemia
Her beloved half-brother. As children, Lelouch was the Prince she intended to grow up and marry someday. In her little child-mind, she loved him deeply and wanted to spend the rest of her life with him in a princess and prince fairytale. It was these very feelings that made her argue with her younger half-sister, Nunnally, over who would be the one to marry him. The two even went as far as to taking this to Lelouch to decide officially, much to his dismay. When Nunnally and Lelouch were taken away, this tore Euphemia apart quite terribly. With little information on their whereabouts, there was little she could do but to believe the worst in their fate.
Years later a brief meeting with Zero led her to believe that he was actually her long lost brother. Even though she knew this vital information was key to finally capturing the infamous Zero, she withheld the information from her family. Eventually, she was able to confirm this after requesting to see him while stranded on the island. Despite everything, Euphemia was more than just happy to see him alive, completely forgiving and disregarding the crimes he committed without even having to say it. This eventually led to her desire to try and make things right permanently so that she could go back to the way things were. Even though he finally gave in and agreed to helping her, it wouldn't help since he accidentally ended up Geassing after confiding in her of his capabilities. Like oh, killing all the Japanese! Since it wasn't in her nature, she was only able to resist it a little before finally giving in entirely and going into massacre mode. Her fate was decided when Lelouch was left with little choice but to shoot her, ending her rampage.
Here in Discedo, Euphemia only knows that he agreed to helping her and that it was a success. She knows nothing about being Geassed or the fact that he was the one that killed her. She remains oblivious to everything and continues to think very fondly of him, at least for now. After learning of his fate and her own, Euphemia is a little unsure how to proceed with everything. She's decided to make the best of her time here and enjoy every moment with him here and the others. She's still unaware that he was the one to pull the trigger. Recently, she feels very close to him thanks to their continuous sibling bonding. Yet sometimes...
* - it is said through translated interviews that Lelouch and Euphie were each others mutual first loves. This is why Nunnally asked about her feelings for him now in present day. I don't know if that's changed since we never see her answer.

"You're as conceited as ever, I see. But I did it for Nunnally!" - Euphemia to Lelouch.
Nunnally is her beloved half-sister, someone she cares a great deal about just like Lelouch. As children, they would often argue over who would end up marrying Lelouch. Learning the fate of not only their mother but Nunnally and her crippled state left her in a state of grief and guilt. Like Lelouch, learning of their departure tore her apart in every way, and for many years she kept the two of them in her thoughts.
She later learns through Lelouch that she is also alive and well, yet still crippled. It is probably because since she knew what happened to Nunnally that she is a little more forgiving of Lelouch's actions as Zero. Euphemia cares for Nunnally so much that she is actually the very reason she decided to go through with Special Administrative Zone of Japan and abdicated her right to the throne. In her mind, if doing this means getting back Lelouch and Nunnally into her life again, then she truly is not losing anything important to her, but instead gaining it. If it means allowing Nunnally the chance to be with her brother, she'd give up anything for her.
Here in Discedo, since Euphemia is unaware of her death, she treats Nunnally with the same level of love and understanding as back at home. She doesn't understand why Nunnally was so emotional upon meeting her, but has decided to simply enjoy her time here with her for as long as she can. She departed once but recently returned this time with a different set of memories. Euphy feels selfish that she was brought back but has made it an oath to enjoy every moment with her.

"I demand that you love me! And in return, I will love you!" - Euphemia to Suzaku
Her Knight in shining armor. Well shining if you count the Knightmare he uses, but shining nonetheless. Suzaku is the 'eleven' she fell for after being reassigned as an acting Sub-Viceroy for Area-11. She met him one day after escaping her quarters to try and learn a little more about the area. Unaware that she was a member of the royal family, Suzaku looked after her and gave her a tour, all the while getting very comfortable with each other. It was later he found out she was a Princess. As time went on, Euphemia decided to choose him as her choice Knight. It was done both to prove to others that even Honorary Britannians were worthy of being acknowledged as decent people and to perhaps be closer to him. While we don't necessarily see it, this may have allowed them to get closer to one another, thus the reason she proclaimed her love for him and ordered him to do the same. Long story short, she loves him like crazy whoa. Sadly, she never gets to see how her life plays out with him, but that's something she doesn't know.
Now that he's here in Discedo, she's confused by how he claims that she was married off to someone other than him. His standoffish and reclusive behavior is a little baffling for her. She remains hopeful that he'll come out of it. Like the rest, he's also from the future, so she's wondering even more about her own future if Suzaku is never even there with her...
Lately, she's been driving to try and get him to open up to her. After learning the truth about his fate and his burden, Euphemia is persistent in getting him to open up to her. She wants to enjoy her time here with him for as long as she can while he's here. The only thing that seems to stop her completely is how uncomfortable it makes a certain someone else feel. How to proceed?

Who is this woman? She knows her name is C.C. and that she is Lelouch's "accomplice". At least that's what Lelouch claims, even if C.C. tends to make it seem a little more than that. She isn't sure what to really make of her just yet other than she regards Lelouch closely and is the reason for his power. Euphemia is actually rather curious about her and will be digging a little more about her in the future.

What is there to think of her really? She has little knowledge of her other than the fact that she saw her at the island. There brief meeting was less than favorable, but Euphemia is not one to hold grudges and so has disregarded the comment given to her that day. She was even able to recognize her during her last moments when under the command of the Geass accidentally given to her by Lelouch.
Here in Discedo, she still knows very little about her except that she worked for her brother, "Zero". Since it appears that both her and Lelouch are very close, Euphemia is hoping to try and get to know her a bit more so that they can live peacefully while under the same roof. So while there is no immediate feelings toward her right now, she is working diligently at trying to get the Ace fighter to open up to her a little and maybe even like her.
Now they're slightly closer, friends perhaps. Still have that odd relationship with one another but at least tolerate each other in a pleasant manner ... when Kallen isn't snapping at her.

A sweet girl and someone that Euphemia regards dearly, yet remains unaware of her feelings for her. She likes her, truly does. Euphy finds Nina to be a wonderful and intelligent person who simply could use a little self-esteem boost every now and then.

Yet another person Euphemia has no true knowledge of since he arrived much later on in her world when she was dead. She doesn't understand why he calls Lelouch brother since that would mean she is her brother, too. Nevertheless, Euphemia has decided to keep quiet and try to include him into the small family they have made for themselves here in Discedo. In her eyes, if this is someone that Lelouch treasures, she will work on trying to treasure him, too. So far, she seems to like him a little despite the fact that he's so reserved around her.
She's recently regarded him as one of her 'brothers', and he has affectionately done the same in response. Euphemia has grown to truly adore him, maybe even potentially love him in a sibling way. If only she knew his true feelings behind all that pent up rage he keeps regarding Nunnally.
