Upset for no real reason

I don't really know whats wrong with me tonight. I just got this overwhelming feeling of sadness. Like I want to rip out my eyeballs and cry but I'm not sure why. I just can't seem to place my finger on why. Maybe its because my finger is busted right now...but anyway

I hope that coming to England you will find everything you are looking for, it sounds like you have been through so much stress lately. I hope it will get better for you soon. I've met you once, but can't say who I am. sorry. When i met you i thought you were an incredibly kind person. TO have such a long distance relationship with Michael must be incredibly difficult, and it probably isn't my place to say, but maybe you should let go a bit - live it up where you are in the moment, and not worry what is happening with him every second. i can understand how difficult that is, but you deserve to be living as well, this is your chance, you are only going to have this time once. If you and Michael are meant to be together , you will be, but you don't deserve all of this pain even if it is unintentional-
