I love the poetry on the TTC. My favourite is the native song from up north:

And I think over again
My small adventures
When with a shore wind I drifted out
In my kayak
And thought I was in danger.

My fears,
Those small ones
That I thought so big,
For all the vital things
I had to get and to reach.

And yet, there is only
One great thing,
The only thing:

If you want recommendations, you know who to ask.

There's lots more than what's on the ttc.

Very good for study breaks. Let me know.

Very true. Usually I'm too lazy to go out and find the good poems, but I will keep that in mind.

The other thing about the TTC poems is that I usually just get them. Some the poems we did in school just went straight over my head. :)

hey I was doing a search on Kitchen Logic and came across you're page which is the only place I can find that is actually talking about what I'm talking about. I love this poem, if you happen to have it somewhere, can you post it? Thanks!

i came across this livejournal in the same way.
i believe it's,

"maybe if i had been more organized
possessed the logic of kitchen containers
tea on top
of coffee
beside flour
next to sugar
maybe i could have made us work"

that is off of memory, but i've made a conscious effort to remember it because i love that poem so much.

I think you are mostly right, (also from memory)

but i'm pretty sure it is

"possessed the logic of canisters"

And this i'm not sure about, but my memory says:
(neatly) Stacked tea
On top of coffee
Next to sugar
Beside flour

Maybe I could have made us work.

Well, I don't have it, but I can do the same thing I did with this one, which is scribble it down and then post it, whenever I see it next.

Bye!
