Tonight I went to ONE Midtown Kitchen and experienced the resurrection of the genius that is Chef Richard Blais. The small plates have always been more interesting than the main courses, and now they are even more so. Thanks for reminding me that he's back at ONE Midtown Kitchen. That man is a genius and I am so glad to have the opportunity to eat his food again. I still want that foie gras milkshake back, though!

I was demoralized when his restaurant closed. We are fortunate he is still in Atlanta. If you want to go sometime let me know!! :-)
