This weekend I went with Brett to Morgantown, WV to visit our friend Gilles, who just moved there last year after graduation. The past week's business trip to Florida was relatively uneventful. Tuesday I drove down to St Augustine, stayed in the Casa Monica Hotel which I have been wanting to do for a while. After two visits to Paul, it is no easier to summarize this place. The first visit, on a Friday in February, was laid back and relaxed, in the upstairs dining room. Last Thursday Brett and I went to Verdi's Requiem. It was absolutely amazing, I had chill bumps. Literally. I can't believe I have lived this long without hearing it.
