I'm glad you managed to avoid politics with your dad... :-)

...and had an otherwise pleasant journey to Florida.

It was most pleasant driving around central Florida in sunny 70 degree weather with the windows down, with the strong scent of orange blossoms in the air.

Our company works with municipal governments to help them collect revenue. I had to chase down information from cities that didn't send it by mail after repeated request letters. I have to do the same in Alabama in May. Not so pleasant.

I'll repeat a reply to another comment: It was most pleasant driving around central Florida in sunny 70 degree weather with the windows down, with the strong scent of orange blossoms in the air.

Down in Naples it was 80 degrees, which is really too hot for me. When it gets over 70 I don't like it. I was pleased to get back to Atlanta, where itr was about 55 last night. :-)
