Catching Up

Since I have been focused on work lately I have not posted anything. Also since I have been focused on work, not much else has been happening. Last week I took a few days off and went to New York to see Spamalot. It is a Broadway show based on Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail. It was absolutely hilarious, I enjoyed it muchly. I also got to pet Stuart's sweet kitties.

Sweet?!? Garbo was the polar opposite of sweet that night. She was so traumatized, she spent the rest of the night and part of the next day just screaming randomly at me.

She's better one-on-one. The black one is Leishek. I guess Gracie was nowhere to be seen...

I'm glad to hear that you had a good time in New York! Congrats on having your house be part of the tour, too. (I'm not sure if "congrats" is the correct word, but I'm not thinking clearly right now, and I'm guessing you can still understand the sentiment.) That sounds like it must have been exciting - nervewracking, but exciting.

I think I may have missed an IM from you last week. Sorry! Just stepped away without an away message...

It was quite an honor, and it was a lot of fun. I was nervous before the weekend since I didn't know what to expect. But it turned out to be a great experience. Another reason you have to continually push and stretch yourself out of that comfort zone.
