My husband came up with an interesting idea. Maybe he's a friend of Katee's and she got him the part. That'd explain a little.

No no, he's really just an actor - he's played by Leo Chiang, who has done a few interviews with fan blogs now because his character has become so popular. He has a website here.

Me too, but be careful - as you can see, he's still fully clothed (er, from the waist up, anyway), and with all his years of practise I'm sure he's very good. He does lose a tank inbetween shots though, Racetrack's chest may have distracted him. Something to keep in mind!
