Or something like that. This year, I am taking on leadership roles in just about every aspect of my life (the lawn will still own my ass but everything else is good).

It's been a little while since we've talked but it seems like it is time. Quick Update
We are home now. Dawn is safe and sound and sleeping well. He pain is low and she is comfortable. :)

Saturday Update
Dawn had a rough evening. Her IV went bad so no pain meds. It took then almost three hours to figure out the IV was gone and to get a new one in. Her saving grace was that she had taken benadryl so she was very sleepy. It took three nurses to finally get a new IV in. Fortunately, she likes needles.
Anyway, once that was done, she slept and I went ( Read more... ) -

Dawn Doing Well
For anyone who is not on my Facebook or Twitter, Dawn is doing well. The surgery went off without a htich and now she is doing better than expected. She has been walking a few times and is in little pain. She hasn't slept so she feels very tired but is doing great otherwise.

Car Dealer Lied (No Suprise)
Three years ago this month, we bought a pre-owned Toyota Prius from Toyota of Lewisville. They told us that the car had not had previous body work and that it was most likely a rental car. We sales person also told us the vehicle was certified but that turned out to be a lie ( Read more... ) -
