Okay, so I have a scary story:

I swung by the Verizon store on my way home from work today (well, "on my way"... it's actually a little out of the way, but it was a trip that needed making. my last phone bill was $150. $150. that cannot happen again. time for sprint to go bye-bye ( Read more... )

Haha, sheesh!

We have Verizon, but I just signed up for it online through verizonwireless.com. Got the same deals etc that were in the store and I could look through the plans at my leisure.

It's not a special deal to talk to other Verizon people free, by the way. That's just part of all the plans. It's the main reason I got Verizon, because most of my family has it out of town.

I wouldn't buy anything from that creepy jerk!

I'll start off by saying that I skipped a large part of your entry... BUT...

If you were to cancel your sprint account today they would most likely not charge you for the full month. A more likely senario is that they would pro-rate your bill for the portion of the month in which you were a subscriber. Check with sprint though. Sprint is the worst phone service provider out there.

Verizon, on the otherhand, is great. It is one of the best providers available. Switch immediately and you will be able to talk to your friend Neal whenever you want. For FREE. It can cost a little more than some others, but the service is great. Also, make sure that they switch over your cell number for you, if you want to keep the same number.

You know, there's a million other Verizon Wireless outlets. Try your local mall or something and you'll never have to see the guy again.
