Sheesh it has been a while!

On the dieting front:   Before yesterday I had been at a - 20 to -22 lb plateau for several weeks.  This was probably because I had been eating closer to 1500 calories per day instead of my normal 600-900.   The awesome thing though was that I was able to maintain that loss for two weeks while still doing a lot of " ( Read more... )

"Project Basement" is now officially underway!

Over the weekend we took the first steps to finishing our basement - thanks in a huge part to Scott who showed us what we needed to buy for the project!   We went to hardware stores (Lowes, Home Depot, then back to Lowes) and ordered/purchased pretty much everything we need except the flooring.  It was ( Read more... )

 This is day 26 of my Healthy Eating Regimin, and I am down ALMOST 20 lbs.

This is not anywhere near the total of 60 I would like to lose, but it's a nice dent in the bus.

Time is flying by!

Okay, so technically I'm a day late on my New Year's obligatory post, but yesterday I was SUPER hungover for most of the day.   There were many rounds of ibuprofin, and I finally started feeling better this morning.
