Well today, I ate some cereal (300) (kinda binged on that :|) , sandwich with just meat (150), those numbers are okay since I'm like a hardore athlete and workout everyday :| ... but here's where i gets worse :
- 6 cookies (480)
- meat stick (50)
- rice cake (60)
Holy fuck!!! that's 1040!!! My goal is 1000 and i'm already over it!
