The worst thing ever: Food poisoning. The kind that causes you to shoot up in bed at 2:00 a.m., stumble to the bathroom and spend the next four hours being BFFE with the toilet.

I am not a foodie by any stretch of the imagination. Being a vegetarian has a tendency to put the kibosh on chowing down on Kobe beef, roasted duck, lardo and ceviche.
