I took my parents out for my Dad's bday, and it was excellent. We started at Newport Vineyards, did a little tour and tasting ($9/person!) and Dennis met up with us. After that, we went to The Mooring for dinner, and finished the day off with a sunset cruise on a sail boat. Those were expensive, but it was overall worth it

Are you saying you thought the vineyard tour and tasting were expensive? Or do you feel it was a bargain compared to the other events that day?

Oh no! I think it's a wonderful deal! I've been twice in the past month or so and have enjoyed it both times. With the economy, funds are a bit tight for a waitress, and it's awesome that there are still a few affordable, fun things to do in the area. Thank you for that!
