Writing for peace.
As the pain deepens in my mind, I feel the need to use stronger self-medication methods to chase the pain and numb it up again. Each passing day this feeling gets farther and farther into my subconscious mind, taking over my thoughts, actions, and eventually my freedom. Being single isn't very fun; especially when your friends each have their little buddies to fall asleep with at night. And they would rather spend alone time with them instead of calling me back... or calling me in general. So, I'll just sit at home tonight wondering what fantastic things my friends are up to.

Every reassurance just magnifies the doubt

Is it possible for me to say that the Bright Eyes concert I just attended in New York could have changed my life? It sounds crazy, but it's true.
