Soooo freaking excited.

We just got pre-approval for an investment loan - we went to look at a house tonight and we're going to put in an offer. The house should get around $700 a fortnight and our mortgage will be $986 a fortnight. So that's basically $300 a fortnight out of our pocket.

So sad. :o(

My beloved cockatiel, Mario, died on Monday. My daughter took him from my room and she was maybe gone for 2 minutes and I saw her walk past my bedroom, into the bathroom. So I went out to see what was going on and I saw Mario on the floor with blood pouring from his ears. He blinked once and died.
