Yup,
THis is me a few nights ago......I'll update the afters in about 5 or 6 weeks of being ont he new diet.

Current stats:
200 lbs and just over 12% Bod fat

On a side note ...I took these right after eating so I look a little Chubbier than I really am :P they work for before pics though !! ;D

( Before pics for my current Diet..beware of the chub )
