Last week I rode my bike to work all 4 days I was scheduled! I was so proud of myself! And on top of that, I didn't include the activity points I earned, so I didn't eat extra. I think that it was this combination that caused me to lose 3.6 pounds over the last week ( Read more... )

I used to get so mad at him just watching that show because he was such a dick. Tonight I have decided to watch Kitchen Nightmares where he comes in and yells at people in their own restaurant as opposed to his.
