When Pa died the words were easy, but Nan was such an amazing and giving person I just cant sum her up, especially given how quickly she passed. She was the best grandmother a girl could have. Best case scenario for her: she passes peacefully in the next few days

Worst case scenario for her: she recovers enough that she can live the next 3-6 months in a home because she will never not be well enough to come home due to the stroke she has managed to have on top of kidney failure.

On Saturday morning nan got up and was feeling very weak and had a solid pain in her chest (felt heavy around her heart was how she described it). Decided to err on the side of caution and call an ambulance. They arrive, say there isn't that much they can see wrong with her heart, bit fast and an abnormal rhythm but not having a heart attack. You know how I posted that I was likely to have less time in the near future due to nan being sick? Well today I had to call an ambulance and she is currently in the ICU because her kidneys have pretty much failed. Hopefully dialysis will help but it may not.

YAY! that was a fun night :) now for drunenk sleepy times for me! hopefully the kitten does not decide to chew on my baileys soaked body during the night! Hope you had a good night too Emma! (not that you are likely to read this, you dont really use lj any more....)

I am a mean kitten mummy. I trimmed his front claws and am now laughing at his inability to climb/hold onto the furniture :)

I am good at trying him on new foods though! Tonights positive experience was mashed potato :D
