Well done to Mark Cavendish from the Isle of Man who just won his third stage of Le Tour de France. The Isle of Man is where my lovely Mother was born and where those who are somehow related to me still reside. It is an awesome place that has produced a marvellous rider.

It's been a horror week at work. I knew Monday evening, without having to look at the moon or the charts that it was a full moon week. The customers have been rude, aggressive and revolting. I rode to work today and it drizzled the whole time I rode home. The water was dripping off the pointy bit of my helmet but I didn't mind. I'm feeling so very exhausted lately, it's been 3 months since my last B12 injection and I think I've left it too long. I've spent more time napping this weekend than doing anything else, I just feel utterly rubbish. My mental state is on the decline too, which is another side effect of low B12's.
