as one ex smoker to another, i feel for you hon. for me it wasn't nicotine urges, but just the habit of putting something in my mouth. on the other hand, it's made working out a LOT easier. breathing is quite the novelty, let me tell you.

i know, getting a job second is idiotic. it truly is and is causing me so much anxiety, i don't know if it was worth it. but this apartment is just so beautiful, i couldn't pass it up. i did go for a job interview today (see, i don't waste time!) at a really expensive restaurant, so if i can get that, my worries will be over. well, sort of. i hate waitressing, but it would solve the money problem, and then i could save up for yoga training.
as for where the apartment is, i don't really like to give out that info on the internet, to people i don't know. nothing personal, but i am just wary of the internet in general. suffice it to say, i will be living in a very nice neighborhood. it is the address of my dreams, that i didn't think i'd be able to afford until i was really rich. (oh, wait, i can't, but i'm moving in anyway...)

I only meant like approximate area - I guess the upper west side, depending on your definition, can be anywhere from 59th or so to 125th....I'm just a curious jer. My bad :(.
I'm suppose to try again soon not looking forward to it at all it hurts and for me, the strangest withdrawal effect is... itchy eyes I've talked to others trying to quit and no one knows what I'm talking about but for me, the first week involves desperately wanting to scratch out my eyes very odd actually, this might help www.quitnet.com it's a community for others trying to quit and actually strangely supportive good luck
i actually checked out quitnet today. while my eyes don't itch, it is strangely painful. i feel like i have a million tiny bugs trying to get out from under my skin. and i am ready to kill everyone. a guy started yelling at me in traffic today, i swear, i almost took his head off.
yes, that happens I go a bit mental waiting in line for anything can set me off no patience I find it best to sleep as much as possible the first few days
