It has been exactly one week since I've started exercising, drinking less pop, and watching what I eat. I have lost 2.6 pounds this week and am finally in the 130's again at 139!

Congrats! Moving further away from The Fat! I just started my gym membership yesterday, phew! I need to get back into working out at least every other day.

Sweet! Good luck! I hope I can somehow just lose it all by the end of the month lol. I just want to cross that off my resolution list!
