I am NOT a happy camper right now. Going to go on my lunch break now, let it go, not be mad, and try to focus on getting through the rest of the day without falling asleep.
It has been exactly one week since I've started exercising, drinking less pop, and watching what I eat. I have lost 2.6 pounds this week and am finally in the 130's again at 139!
I just want to know what's wrong with me. So I can get medicine to fix it. WHY do I feel the way I do all the time? It could be so many things I don't even know where to begin
