Latley I've been getting Zach out of the house, and over to his friends... especially if a hockey game is on, and the past 2 days I've been starting to pack his stuff up. So yeah I finally got ahold of Zachs mother, she called me, and I went over to visit her around 6pm or so and I was gone for 2 hours. I decided it was time to do something, so I wrote Zack's mom a letter, I told her how things are really going for him... i feel bad that I've sent it and I did kinda leave things out that i really should have gone over more. Day 24 of not having a cigarette, I feel good... plus I'd prolly die if i was still a smoker walking arond all day in this cold snow, I'm not in shape as it is but if i had to stop for cigarette breaks I'd prolly collapse and pass out, cus they raise your blood pressure,then a nice long walk in the cold would just top it off. Time to get healthy

Lesse... i woke up around 11 then showered and joya and I went to go get food over at one of the campus stores... Yeah I'm up at her college in Grand rapids for the weekend. YAY! Today Zach went with our friend to chicago so they could drop off our friends sister... today is day 4 of not having a cigarette. Just 23 more days and I'll be done. I tried before and only made it to seven days, but this time I'm serious about it. So hopefully i can quit successfully.
