i'm really sorry your going thru this shit basically again. he needs to man up or have the court man him up. you need to get child support from him one way other another. he has a job so he has money to pay. i dont know about new mexico, but nevada, they'll take the shit right out of his check before he even gets it. i hate hate hate men

yea, since i have govt insurance they are just going to garnish his checks. but it takes 30 days to 3 months to get into the system even, then i am going to get back paid to the day she was born.
