does anyone that knows me think I'm quiet???

I'm doing good... I was sick this weekend. I had a 100 degree fever on friday! It lowered as the weekend passed, but my throat still hurt and I had an awful cough! So on monday (yesterday) me and uncle Bill went to the doctor and she said it was just sinus problems and she told me to take a pill that is ___________ <---- that big!
