I need to get pictures up. Now that I have Photoshop at work, I can actually clean up the pictures even from last year to share. The decorations in the library for TRW were really amazing. We got huge kudos from the administration and other teachers.
Do your goth teenagers even know who Morrissey is? *g*
You sound busy but very successful at your library. I admit I am a little jealous of all the cool things you're doing. (c: Not to mention how you keep managing to find time to write. I was going to ignore NaNo this year but maybe I will try it anyway . . .
I find that Pandora is really good at figuring out what type of music I want in my writing project soundtrack if I can feed it a few starters. I knew it had figured out "Tree of Life" when it started feeding me songs that prominently featured nature sounds and/or electronic space soundscapes. The titles even lined up, talking about trees and planets and space.
I love, love Pandora -- but when I use it when Jens is doing World of Warcraft, our connections both suffer. I use it a lot for exactly that, though -- it builds neat song stuff that you'd never just randomly achieve.
I will absolutely be emailing you once I am less of a mentally challenged vegetable -- one of my teen NaNoers is actually one of the first teens to read the Lament you sent last year, and he's fired up about writing his own suspense/action-adventure book.
Thank you! The support means a lot right now. You may also want to check out my work lj, lit_mischief -- I separate 'em to keep stuff work-safer when I'm there, and also to have a space that's just for author contacts and keeping up with the world of YA lit. (Nonetheless, glad to be friended here, too. :D)

I'm busy, but as per above, I am bloody exhausted, too -- that's part of the price of it. I'm not sure how long I can keep it all up.
