It all has to due with the Blurry Non-Alcoholic sign on there, just because its labeled Irish Cream, people automatically think of irish coffie ( coffie with some sort of hardlicor poured in) well at least me and my mum did, seeing as we're both very irish, i mean its just one of them things thats funny... and as someone just pointed out to me it could also be taken in a perverted way if all you read is "Irish Cream" haha
