They say that you learn something new every day. We probably do. Often times I think we don't even consciously acknowledge that it's happening. But today I definitley did.

ALWAYS QUESTION ASSUMPTIONS.

Tonight while on-call I got married to a drunk student. He made me a rose out of a flyer he ripped off the bulletin board, and had a friend give up her ring so we could have our ceremony. He told me he loved me so much he would let me have the remote control whenever I want it. I may never find a love truer than that.

I honestly think that all I want out of life is to know a love as deep as that.

So I'm not so into LJ anymore, maybe because sometimes I feel like I don't even breathe I'm so busy. But I'm feeling lucky, so fortunate right now for so many reasons. I'll have to write about going to Mississippi at some point, but needless to say it was an amazing eye-opening experience that put a lot of things in perspective for me.
