I play Tron over at c_s. I'm all for Charles using his telepathy on Tron. With the poor Program's traumatizing past, powers, and potential for getting uncontrollably murderface when he loses control, I think it'd lead to some really really awesome cr, too, if you were interested.
If you wanted to throw the two together for some plottiness, just let me know, I'm always up for cr. The only thing I won't do is romance, but even then, if the character fell for Tron, I wouldn't say no to working it out in rp, my boy just wouldn't reciprocate. :3
Welcome to the game! I hope you enjoy it here!

Thank you for the welcome and the permissions! This does sound like it could be a lot of fun and very interesting CR, particularly given the ways Charles can seek to offset a murderface!
I promise Charles is not going to be looking for romantic-ness he's much more interested in your miiiiinnnndddddd. ;)
So in short, I'm very much interested in plottiness and thank you again for the welcome to the game!!

Given that I play Erik from YOU KNOW THAT SAME MOVIE, permissions are pretty much the standard "Get out of my head, Charles" though given Erik's time point (which is earlier than yours -- the whole last chess match/peace was never an option), all Charles really has to do is just ask~~~~~~~~~~~

Charles will attempt to be polite about keeping out of Erik's head. Except, you know ... when he feels its for the best to meddle about! ;)
No, seriously I won't have him read anything without you and I talking about it first. He definitely shows respect for not muddling around in Erik's head in the movie. Though, lets face it, he pretty much read every damn thing the first time he went in there. Nosy knowitall bastard.

Given the direction of their relationship, we should probably change it to letting Charles riffle through his thoughts without asking. Though I do want to do an IC confirmation on Erik's part at some point where he deliberately states Charles doesn't need to. Besides, like you said it's not like Charles doesn't know everything in his mind already. :)
As far as all the mental resistance practice (which I think they'll work on) and the examples of just how far Charles can go, obviously Charles needs to ask even though Erik will totally agree anyway. PROBABLY OTHER STUFF BUT YOU KNOW ME AND CAN GET IN TOUCH AND BLAH BLAH BLAH I LOVE YOU AND YOUR CHARLES. /so unhelpful

We need to definitely bring these elements into IC and have them both explore it and see how deep they go. Funny that the man he'd probably have permission to riffle around in, is the man he respects enough to want to honor personal boundaries.
Well, except for the whole having already raided your ENTIRE PAST LEHNSHERR!

I will just... do this by character. Why oh why do I play six...
Catty: is also a pretty powerful telepath with a lot of those same abilities. 8D She has strong shields up constantly, so Charles would probably be able to notice that. And I think he'd probably be able to break through if he really wanted to. :|a CREEPY TELEPATH BUDDIES?
Isolde: is a Jedi, has a few telepathic abilities, and also has mental blocks. She pretty much either plays cards in her head or thinks in other languages. I'd be up for whatever if we plotted it /o/
Aveline: lol, no powers, no mental blocks. She is all open.
Zekk: Jedi! But not incredibly powerful, so we could talk it out.
Shepard: B| She'd probably shoot Charles if he tried anything on her.
Shelby: You don't want to be in her head, Charles. Trust me.

Oooo so many delicious plotting possibilities here!! Now, so long as I can keep everyone straight on who he can and can not read! But truly, all of your pups sound like people he'd love to meet. :D

Jim Kirk is an open book of ladies and his ship.

Jim will amuse him. A futuristic womanizer who puts Charles to shame with bad pick up lines.
