Eww that's gross (the bugs, not your bumps). My parents said we might get ants in our house because the neighbors have an invasion of carpenter ants. Now this is just a theory but..... they're called bed bugs, you know "don't let the led bugs bite". They're really small so you probably wouldn't see them. Wash your sheets. It could be fleas too.
