Bread and zucchini

A bit crusty, not sure its quite risen enough (supermarket focaccia, which I quite like, tends to be softer on the outside, making it better dipping bread). Good olive oil flavour, but not quite enough from the herbs.

Apparently, I have to replicate the experiment.
